One Week<\/strong>
\nThat\u2019s it- THE WEEK, for which we have waited so long.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

One week, we will remember for years. But nevertheless on this day, the last day of our mission, the feelings of the members are split.\u00a0On one hand we\u2019re looking back on these past few days with great joy, but on the other hand we can\u2019t forget about the sadness, we are feeling because of the end of our mission.\u00a0The leader of our MediaCom- team Olivia Haider admits: \u201cWell, of course I\u2019m a little bit relieved, but I\u2019m a kind of sad, too\u2026 The Mission is now coming to an end and I would still have a lot to report!\u201d<\/p>\n

Michel Lazerges, who represents the European Space Agency, one of our expedition- partners, said that some weeks ago, he hadn\u2019t even known the ASF and now he\u2019s really impressed by the work and achievements of it.<\/p>\n

One week<\/strong>
\nThat\u2019s it- THE WEEK, we will remember so long.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe could win a lot of important data, which we are going to analyze to use them in future!\u201d, the Flight Director Assistant Reinhard Tlustos doesn\u2019t regard the mission as already completed.\u00a0Can a mission like this ever be considered as completed?<\/p>\n

Probably not, because only now we begin the evaluation and the analysis of all the data to reach the knowledge, we wanted.\u00a0But a much more important aspect is that each member of this mission, that has contributed his own part to THIS WEEK, won\u2019t forget his personally won experiences so far.\u00a0Daniel F\u00f6ger, the Capcom in the MCC explains with a shining smile: \u201eI\u2019m very happy, that I was part of this great mission, because I have learned how to keep a cool head during a stressful situation.\u201c<\/p>\n


\nOne Week
\nThat\u2019s it then- THE WEEK, when 50 space enthusiasts and \u2013specialists could pursue their interests and passion\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right this summarizes the spirit of the ASF and is the reason, why such a mission can be passed.\u00a0The ASF is offering the chance to everyone, who shows enthusiasm, passion and interest, to do the work, he enjoys.\u00a0In THIS WEEK, many scientists, engineers, medicals, students, pupils, etc. did an unbelievable, great and voluntary work.\u00a0And the fact, that not everything worked without problems and that the weather wasn\u2019t on our side, is a positive fact. Despite of this conditions, we can confidently say, that this mission was a great success.<\/p>\n

Because of these unscheduled situations, which often took facilities and challenges with them, we could make a lot of precious experiences that allowed us to become stronger and more confident as a team. \u00a0Our Flight Director Alexander Soucek describes his feelings with the following words: \u201cThe most impressing thing was the engagement, the professionality and the team spirit of our people in the MCC. Everybody knew his positions, gave his best and together as one team we had a pretty cool week.\u201d<\/p>\n
